The type of suppliers we work with allows us to source the best available raw materials on the market, which meet the necessary characteristics for the use of our products.
The steelworks from which we receive billets are selected according to strict quality criteria. We receive certified and guaranteed material in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification system.
Our material is specified as FC60S, as it was exclusively developed for our needs. FC60S steel is a special grade designed exclusively for blades used in modern high-speed frames.
The production of diamond wire is also subject to the same stringent quality controls on raw materials. The careful selection of suppliers and frequent conformity tests are essential to ensure a product that maintains high and consistent performance over time.
